Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through bigideapro.com, why we collect it and what your rights are. We apply the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia.
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is Jelena Lilić PR Reklamna agencija BIG IDEA PRO Niš, Srbija, MB 66688801, PIB 113252904 ("Big Idea Pro"). For any question about your data, email bigideanis@gmail.com or call +381 60 333 4038.
2. What we collect
- Inquiry form data: name, company or brand, email, phone number, what you sell, chosen model, service, ad language and your message.
- Website usage data, only if you accept cookies: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (city or country) and traffic source.
We do not collect special categories of data and we do not take payment details through the website.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
- To reply to your inquiry and send a quote, at your request before entering into a contract.
- To measure website traffic and show ads to people who visited the site, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We never sell your data and we don't send you marketing emails without your consent.
4. Who else has access
We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd.): website hosting.
- Web3Forms: forwards form messages to our email.
- Google (Gmail and Google Analytics): receiving inquiries and traffic measurement, the latter only with consent.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta pixel): ad measurement and delivery on Facebook and Instagram, only with consent.
Some of these providers store data outside Serbia, including in the USA, under standard contractual clauses and other safeguards they provide.
5. How long we keep data
We keep inquiries for as long as we are in contact and no longer than 2 years after the last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep them as long as the contract and accounting rules require. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
6. Cookies
The site itself does not use tracking cookies. Google Analytics and the Meta pixel are switched on only after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the site. Your choice is stored in your browser and not sent to our server.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to object, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing before withdrawal. Send requests to bigideanis@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date.
